Just a casual observation (which may have been addressed, but I skipped over).....
I don't think espionage / spying is a glitch. To me, that one falls fair and square into the "things pirates would do" guideline for what should be allowed.
Something tells me that Bartholomew and Morgan would agree.
However, whatever the opposing crew was doing two nights ago that was sinking my frigate with their first volley (my boat was sinking so fast - with green bars on the hud - that it was actually bouncing off the bottom of the ocean) is something that should be punishable by severe beating, lashing, flogging, and then beating the bottoms of their feet with a thick wooden board.
