so i have now been to to POF gatherings in the game and both times i was unable to hear/see anybodys chat. Now the wierd thing is i could hear/see existing friends or guild members talking to me.

I have seen other people mention something about chat settings but i have no idea where to go to check.

The other thing i head someone say is they had to click on a plus sign next to the chat skull icon in order for me to hear them...??? idon't have anything that looks like that on my screen.

so if anyone has any idea how to adjust my chat settings i'd be very appreciative!!
