Nelly, perhaps I wasn't clear in what I said - I wasn't talking about you, was I? I had directed my comments towards a single individual who claimed to have stolen more than ten boss battles in a single twenty-four hour period.
I'm more like you, Nelly - I enjoy the boss battles a great deal. The one person who recently mentioned doing the glitch is no longer on my friends list.
But as much as I loved boss battles, I am hard pressed to recall a day where I sailed on five or more (win or lose) boss battles for other people.
To actually go on ten (or eleven) per day, guarantees an army of ant-like servants that help hijack any boss battle found. The boss battle takes ten to thirty minutes to win, depending on how much of a rush you are in. Crewing up takes longer than that. But somewhere around an hour for each boss battle was not uncommon for me.
Even at its worst, Abassa Tortuga did not have a continuous stream of people doing boss battles. Even when I'd subject myself to waiting there, the wait time for the next person to come along was almost always significant. The times when there would be one right away, were always followed by an extra long wait, for the next one.
For any one individual person to go on ten boss battles in one day is really, really lame. I feel really sorry for someone who would spend their every waking hour, just trying to steal more people's boss battles.
