Well, I'm doing my lvl 15 cutlass quest, I have to get 4 papers of lore in each of these islands:

Kingshead
Rumrunners Island
Isla Cangrejos

I looked in all three so far I only found one in rumrunners by the hatch to underground.

Any help?
