I'm having a problem with Scarlet also. I am on the Hendry Cutt section and I keep digging up the chest by his house to bring the items back to Scarlet, but the quest never says complete, and Scarlet wont accept it. In the beginning it was stating "quest item found" and "quest updated" when I would dig up the chest, but it never says "Complete" so when I go back to her she does nothing for me.
I'm stuck until they fix this, unless I am doing it wrong. Anyone know?
It's difficult to tell at this point whether a problem with a quest is a bug, or if we are doing it wrong. It's a good thing we have this forum!
