The point being that at level 6 you get the "Determination" unlock. Toss saved skill points here and watch your heal speed increase ALL THE TIME.
Try looking beyond the instant gratification of objects and try to find their long term passive effects, you will get to level 40 much faster that way.

Sorry, but I must disagree. When I fully mastered my pirate, I had to master 'nades - yes I maxed out most of the 'nade passives. The passives are
a good thing about grenades, but that does not offset their numerous unpleasant qualities.
