I haven't seen anything rare in the shops.
I have noticed on different islands they sell different sorts of cloths.
Different designs of shirts on certain islands.
Like Zep said rare clothing i from clothing drops.
It must be true that it's rare to. I haven't gotten any clothing drops since clothing drops entered the game.
Although I wish they would put rare clothing in the shops, say every holiday?
