I've been doing Black Mack quest over and over. Log out, log in, Port Royal to Rowdy Rooster, then to Ratskellar, then Rowdy Rooster, skeleton, Rowdy Rooster again, then log out... It is taking me about 10 minutes per quest. If you find me in Ratskellar on PDF, I'll happily give you 15k at a time. I usually have crew matching on, too.
