If people are sharing, there is no theft. Yes, there is less rep per second per pirate because mobs only spawn so fast, but that is an issue of underdevelopment of the in-game challenges for higher level pirates (not, I think, a subject that warrants punishing anyone except by cancelling your subscription). I don't think this is how most of the posters on this subject in this thread or the many others view it, though. They are frustrated by the lower rep per pirate per second (or weapon investment) and they consider the people who came later as having caused that problem for them. I know how they feel. I've searched for a quite server, sailed to KH, and found people already grinding there. All you can do in that situation is try to share and be willing to walk away. But, I'm also saying the same goes for the person who was there first. When I'm grinding away and someone comes up to the same spot, I can't be thinking possesively about my spot. It is a two way street and a lot of the discussion seems to forget that fact. If we are agreed that sharing is good (even if not as personally rewarding as having all the goodies to yourself) and hogging of any sort is bad, then maybe the question should be whether all the hogs can/should be punished.
