1) much of your profile can be found on the left menu of the UserCP option (at the top left of the Forum Page -

2) Below your User Name top-right side of the page is where you can go to your Inbox and Send Messages to other users
3) Click on your User Name itself top-right to see your stats - and you can enter 'blog entries' as on of the selections on your user page.
