Zep. I have a pretty decent reading speed and I hate having to slow down to suffer through the posts that are screaming at me (with color). Sometimes I just don't bother; especially if I'm already entertaining a mild headache.
If you want people to read what you're writing, stick to the default colors. You'll get more people to read it.
The use of
bold,
italics, and
underline are already very easy on this site (you just click a button rather than having to know markup language); so if you want to emphasize a heading, use those, but again... use it sparingly; over emphasis is just as easy to ignore.
