Yes it is, for changing from one task to another, a shortend version of Alt-Tab

Also your right on Shift + F9 -- I must have been hitting F9 without shift down by accident and thinking I had Shift Down

Alt F6 displays nothing when pressed, or held down, not when something moves around me, or even when im fighting. It did however pause my screen and cause my mouse to not work anymore. I guess my system/connection is just to excellent for it to question any latency.
EDIT: NVM I figured it out.. You said ALT F6 (in your last post about it, giving it a title) its SHIFT F6 as stated in a few prior posts I had missed. ALt-F6 did actually pause my game as mentioned.
