My Rank 1 explosive on "Big Ed" did 5990 damage to the Goliath yesterday. Scrolling back I did not see the "open fire" dialog, nor the logo over the ship health meter, so I assume that was unadorned.
My skill panel for rank 1 explosive says 2250 to 4500.

Rank 1 said 2138 to 4275.
Rank 2 now says 2672 to 5343.
(Little Ed is only notoriety 37, cannon 23.)
