If you steer a war frigate with a crew and some of the crew shoots at the front, your crew bonus for those crew members goes away. For example, you have a crew of five and two people shoot from the front. When you first get on the war frigate your crew bonus is 40%. Then when those two run to the front, your crew bonus is 30%. The same happens to the people at the front, although to a lesser degree. Their crew bonus is now only 35% instead of 40%. This only happens on a war frigate, possibly because of its length. I think this is very unfair. Has anyone else noticed this? If so, do you think its fair?
