So what to do? Re-read through the early posts and find a little linky in there from Admiral Savvy. Check that out.
I'm not saying that you're guild is doomed, but I would suggest that it's not off to a good start. If you'd like it to be a good or a great guild, then it probably needs some work.

I know that a pvp smackdown sounds so temporary, i just didn't know how to respond to the post above that (unlike now) i probally should delete that
I admit i havn't done much exploring, but now i will go to them for a while.
it's for the guilds sake, I will help them and do stuff with them.

You should look into joining a guild with the same interests which you are looking for (ours doen't do PvP - but I'm sure a larger guild out there has members that do). Joining a guild just for the experience as to whats involved, building a proper pirate and getting levels before building a guild would be an asset (as several posters will tell you - just WANTING to start a Guild and be a Guild Master is not a good idea... game exerience is key).
If you still feel you are ready - then review the guide above that Savvy posted. It will at least help you on setting Guild Roles, Rules and Objectives.
Good Luck with every thing.
