well technically any website that has a forum is a violation of their policies
because their policy states that any sites that support social networking are in violation
well sheesh thats any site period that allows a user to post information!

And heck DISNEY has Forums of their own so they break their own rules because lol any disney user could post their personal info - a mod would just have to remove it!
