I dont think its really 'fair' to say that.
One can perhaps assume since we had seen so much of it going on that many were using such glitchs in thier ventures during the contest period. Certainly it effected the outcome. Some may have scored better if thier opponents were not cheating. However without knowing who, and to what measures (if any) Disney took in reviewing game logs to verify scores, etc. Its hard to make such a statement fairly.
Some of our own POF members here scored very well, and I take thier word on it they did not use glitchs, they certainly seem headstrong against them in discussion.
