I signed up over a year ago and never recieved my key..... luckily after reading this post, I hedged my bets and decided to e-mail Disney..... thanks to Disney's fantastic customer service, they e-mailed me a key literally about an hour after e-mailing them. If you have not recieved your key, I suggest you drop them an e-mail
