This to me is the main issue over getting points back. Since adding 5 points to any of those above skills it ends up the same stats as 4 points on the final 40th level. We don't get that 5th point added than give it back. The disaster they have now on test made it most likely anyone that had barely any descent stats at all would never change on some skills. With being forced to take junk they don't want that they will have to if they change points. (hint :use your points before this comes out)

I'm sorry to hear you are encountering so very many bugs with it all, so far. I'm not sure if your message above was edited, or mangled by
teh internets or what. But I can't quite decipher what you have there.
Is there a list somewhere of the skills with defective and/or disabled rank 5 settings?
For Little Ed: barrage is rank 3, shrapnel rank 2.
