Incorrect. Being called a "Liar" actually doesn't depend on the exact number of a certain side on the die. You only call them a liar if their bid is
higher than the number of 3's, not
lower.

I'm pretty sure this is correct; I haven't found any other way to play this, at least by Blu-Ray standards.
