Well seems then this is them clutching at straws then, did it put a game_options file in the folder or is it still missing?
Don't think theres much else u can do TBH. Looks like its back to notifying them and waiting..... once again.
TBH its a lag fest, and very frustrating, so your onot missing much. Not that makes you feel better though.
