With new settings coming out to the game, techniques used by many are going to have to be altered. Such as the fence at kings to hit soldiers. At the moment on test server hex eater isn't working. The ultimate at the moment on live, is being crewed, hex eater on three Molusk, and setting them up all in position. Use like 1/3 or 13-14 or so smoke bombs. Then use fire or something else to do actual damage. With only one point in all these grenades, you will get around 120 rep for all three with crew bonus.
On test i am taking two urchinfist at a time with similar technique, usually costing me a potion each time, to hit the 100 rep for both.
Find someone to crew with since you will need to take a trip each time following a series of three, that is if you have the large carry sack for grenades.
