I didnt play much after him so I dont know if it is fixed now. but I would just say send your issue into a CSR or find one in game and they can reset your pirate for you.. good luck

Well i found my tasks reset on one character, without asking, and even then its getting stuck on same places. it's beta i spose, maybe tasks will unlock maybe they wont, if not we'll all have to wait for full release version, when ever that will be.
