Now, I cannot find the buried earring in KH village for the doll quest. I have sectioned that village off and cannot find it. Quest says:

The earring Tia's friend proudly wore is now buried within Fort Kingshead. Venture up through the tree-lined path and into the village. Take friends to watch your back while you search.

*edited to say: nvm - Rackat led me to it. Into the village, turn left, go past 3 or 4 buildings into a little park-like area. Lots of EITC, it's up the hill between some trees*
