1) Like Bart, remove the 40 Noteriety cap...
2) new ships, like say a brigatine made specifically for guilds that has a crew compliment of 21 (1 for the captain steering, the rest get to man 20 cannons[10 ea side])...think of the guild cruises you could have with this kind of ship...
3) more gold...whoever heard of limiting a pirate's gold...not me says I...
