Sorry but your WRONG! Its called Bosses...and I'm level 38 and even if I went to KH and threw grenades I'd get about, 3 rep each person.
Go to becketts and find the boss (forgot his name, it's like somebody the silent)
He's obviously behind a rail. Throw grenades at him. If he comes out, back up and he'll stop moving towards you. COntinue throwing. (You need some other people to back you up!) When he dies you should get 100 rep without crew bonus, or less if other people were hitting him too.

Don't feel bad! Go to tortuga and go to wildwoods and find that dread boss. He's from level 14-20 and hes a boss. You should get pretty decent rep, or if your looking for a challenge go on padres beach and find that boss gypsy right by the entrance/exit to el sudoron.
