I too don't believe per say that the KH fence is a glitch...hiding in a wall or in an area that's not supposed to be reachable to me is...my theory is face your enemy...don't hide like a coward stuck in a wall...or pop out last minute after someone else has done all the hard work just so you can get a hit or two in when the enemy is practically defeated...
You can only go so far with KH, so from there the best place would probably be Menta...even with Hex Eater fixed, if you get the attention of 3 Molusks at the same time, they'll basically follow you and more or less line up...easy nading there...
Plus make sure you have a crew...the more the merrier and it adds to the rep...and remember the smoke grenade is your friend...wear them down with it before using a different one...
