If they had done their "best", Big D would have left the update on the Test server longer and fixed all the known errors there before putting it live. Now they have to scramble to fix everything because instead of listening to a few testers they are probably getting bug reports and complaints thrown at them in every direction.
I'm curious to know what sorta errors their Halloween "surprise" is gonna cause... Should be interesting...
