Agreed there League - in this case the thread was posted at the time where there were not many Mod staff and stickies had to be set aside to just keep up with post moderation...
As it has resurfaced - I hvae sticked the thread, with the condition that it should be reviewed for accuracy now and confirmed in a few days by someone. Should the list be old / not updated then we'll unsticky it and let someone make a new list (should they feel inclined... remember - you get the sticky - you get the upkeep
)
