I was in Kingsrun, level 1 gravedigger boss i believe it was but it didn't fight me at all even when i ran up to it, so i killed him with one shot lol. Also, i found this tonight on Outcast:
Dread scorpion boss called Silent Sting, level 19
spawned after killing a regular dread scorpion.
