If you were wondering how to get open chat on POTCO, then I have made this guide for you! Here are the two ways:
First way:
1)
Logon to your DxD account. (if you dont know what DxD is the link will be at the bottom of the post)
2) Once you log on, click on the button that says
Profile above the backpack.
3) Once that pops up, click on where it says
Profile (This is on the screen that pops up, DO NOT click the same button as #2
)
4) When the
Profile Viewer screen comes up, on the
top right corner there should be a button that says
My Account, click it.
5) Once that screen pops up, click on the Community Settings Tab[/COLOR][/COLOR]
6) Just click on the type of chat you want (it will ask for a E-mail verification, just click
Begin Verfication) and your all set!!!

2nd Way:
1) Go to
Pirates online website www.piratesonline.com
2) Click on
[ Account Services ]
3) Click
"Manage Account" 
4)
Login
5) Click on
Community settings tab.
