Though the stationary Bosses for the Weapons Quests are always there, there are many other 'random bosses' like L3 Gravedigger Willy mentioned earlier that randomly appear to just give players a challenge (or a hard time - depending on how you do
)
The bosses in general though are good for more REP, as their levels vs. their HP makes them give higher returns
