TY - nabbed a passing colosuss & had a pal push me into grapple range. Much to my dismay, it was 7 lvl 10's (when is it EVER level 10's?LOL) so took awhile to ummm, surrender to them. But when i woke up from jail ship was full green health bar and no yellow bar. Could repair and everything was unlocked.
Had been in "dry dock" for over 24 hours, and when i tried talking to "live chat" was told they were working on it. Also said they did not know cause.
Informal poll in game showed that it happened to ppl who had opened boat to public then closed it while still sailing. But Live Chat would not confirm that.
