Not blasting ye mate--trying to help you out. Try thinking of your guild as a business--one business that provides the same service as a thousand other businesses. What makes your business worth having people spend their hard-earned money? Why should people who already shop at Walmart start shopping at Yourmart?

Figure that out and your guild will grow, mate.
