League is a pirate wannabe
Caesar et Senate

This is not a guild... yet. I am planning on making a guild with a future fourth pirate: I have plans of deleting Dog Swordflint soon enough, once I am done observing every skill. That is when I will make the future Guildmaster of this Guild, and, of course, the Guild.

Now, since this thing is in the making, I can start a good foundation: people can show interest without leaving their own guilds, I can see future prospects, and the potential of this guild will be visible for all else to see.

If, after reading the below section, you have a possible interest of joining, then just post here and say so. If you have suggestions, please put them here as well. The greatest thing here is that the Guild's design is not set in stone: I'm am liable to change the design for improvement. However, I'll be able to see the prospects of this Guild, and whether it's plausible or in need to be dropped.

CAESAR ET SENATE
To see some of the lesser purposes and perks of this Guild, skip down to the wheat-colored type. Simply put, the greatest purpose and perk of this Guild is the rigid body political.

I will hold supreme power in the Guild. This is not to benefit me (for my benefit is the favorable welfare of the Guild): this is to keep in check the power of the Senate.

The Senate is the body of the officers of the Guild. As such, they have the power to expand the Guild, and the power to reduce it. The power to reduce the size of it is why I shall take charge as Caesar.

If it be found that a member of the Plebeian (simply put, a member) body has been booted out by a Senator without Caesar's approval, that Senator shall be extrunged into the filthiest dung-pit and latrine ever constructed by the filthy hands of man for his filthy, excessive waste. Just kidding: (s)he will be kicked from the Guild through a field goal post, consecutively earning the Giants 3 points, enough to win them the Super Bowl.

Now, the use os such power on my part would be a terrible thing if I kicked out people wrongly or excessively: hence, Caesar will friend the Plebes, and be able to take account of whether or not a debated Plebe left or was booted. In addition, if (s)he should name a suspectable member of the Senate as the charger, that officer shall be demoted to member, if only to freeze his ability, guilty or non, of displacing members. Furthermore, if a suspectible member should confer the name of a former fellow officer, that officer shall be frozen as well. Should a ridiculous debate unfit for the emporer's ears ensue, I will do justice in the manner of Solomon's wisdom: that is, the threat will hang over both. Regardless, Caeser and Senate will provide insight.

Now, simply put, the purposes and perks of this Guild are the benefits given to all: Caeser, Senate, Plebe. The Plebes have security in their position, trust in their word, freedom in their action, and future in their guild. The Senators have power in their position, weight in their word, destiny in their action, and importance in the Guild. Caesar has... alot to promise.

All that being said, alot wasn't: how Plebes become Senators, what a Senator does, how a Senator confers a vote, how a Senator loses his/her job, other rules, etc.

For every 4 persons under Caesar, there will be 1 Senator; this has two implications: should the guild count go up to another number divisble by 4, another Senator shall be elected from among the Plebes; should the guild count go down past a number divisible by 4, a Plebe shall be made from a Senator. (A frozen Senator is still treated as a Senator, as not all allegations can be taken at face value.)

Now, a Senator has many responsibilities. One is to recruit people; another, to inform me of whom they recruited, and, similarly, to try and recruit them to this page. Otherwise, they have a tougher job, but more on that later: there are two more important jobs of a Senator. One is to vote. Since an officer's duties are done by forum due to possible conflicting schedule, PM is the mode of ballot. I'll deliver the messages. The other is to bring issues to attention: Caesar need sleep sometime. PM me, and a vote or some other solution will be offered.

A Senator's job isn't set aside for them: Caesar may demote them to rank of Plebe on account of inactivity, rule-breaking, or being dislikeable. A Senator must be a constant sojourner of the forums to recieve ballots, as well as in-game. Furthermore, while in-game, it is wanted that they assist Plebes when possible.

All that being said, there are slighter rules that will result in the demotion of a Senator or expulsion of a Plebe depending on the breaker:
~Be actively on the game, to the tune of once a week at least.
~Be active in the game, helping out the utterly confused always, and those who could use some help if you're feeling generous
~Answer to higher authority: if there is a problem with higher or fellow authority, tell a different Senator or me personally.

Now, if you're interested in the least, and if you could possibly see yourself being an active member of this guild, sign up for the possible roster.

Guildmaster:League

Potential Members: (0)

Senatorial Count: (0-1:4 Plebe ratio)

List suggestions for this guild, for this page, etc; since it hasn't been formed yet, all can be changed, and this thing has a good shot at launching right.
