Login-in Screen?

In the Home page of POTCO i couldnt find the log in screen all i could find is the sign up, am i the only one who is getting this or is it the Homepage problem( if so can anyone tell me where it is?)

There is no homepage to beta section of the site. I usually use the link to the release notes: http://apps.pirates.go.com/pirates/v...easenotes.html
