Although a guild's success in dependent upon the actions of it's Guildmaster and staff members, the opinions that matter the most lie in the body of the guild. The ideas, feedback and thoughts of the guild's members should be the most cherished as they are not just the members of the guild, but they are the guild in itself - and more importantly, they are our family.

As a way to make sure that in the upcoming months and years the guild will continue to be shaped by it's members, I have taken our old guild survey and expanded on it to create a more interactive, in depth account of every pirate's feelings on the guild, including what state they believe the guild is in, what they like what is going on, what they want to see changed, and so forth. It is in my hopes that by having as many pirates completing this survey as possible, we will get to reform our guild as time goes on to keep us at the top of the food chain.

Also for the first time I have created a "Friendly Pirate Survey." This is to be completed by any pirates outside of the guild, so that we can better understand how our guild fits in to the Caribbean and how we can better relate ourselves to our fellow guilds. I ask that ALL PIRATES consider completing this survey. It only takes a few minutes, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Has your view on the guild changed since you joined? How so, and why?


On a scale of one to five, please rate the activity of our guild on how you see:
1. Bad activity; the guild is silent and there is no atmosphere.
2. Poor activity; only a few pirates ever speak and the guild has barely any feeling.
3. Moderate Activity; a handful of pirates contribute to the guild and it feels like an ordinary guild would.
4. Good Activity; a sizable amount of pirates are actively participating and the guild feels alive.
5. Outstanding Activity; a large group of pirates participates in the guild and the atmosphere of the guild is vibrant.

On a scale of one to five, please rate the atmosphere of our guild based on how friendly and warm it is:

1. The guild is stale and there is no warmth.
2. Little to no bonds between the members of the guild.
