Level 40 looking for an active guild...
Like the title says, I am looking for a good guild to join. I have been in two guilds so far. One I started (TerrorsoftheSeas) and another (Gold Runners) I joined after leaving the other. The last guild has very little active members lately so I would like to join another that has active players. I am currently guildless.
If you need to know I have everything mastered but Cannon (24) Sailing (18) and Staff (22). I like to chat and have some fun while playing. PM me or post here if interested in recruiting. See ye around! |

There are many guilds on this forum that may fit your needs. What's your timezone? It may play a big part in deciding who to join.
We have a number of UK players, and some from east to Mid US timezones. |

Partners In Crime is always welcoming new members into the guild. We have lots of active members with from 5-15 people online at a time on average with a little over 200 members. We like to talk a lot and get to know each other better and we always remember that this is a game so we like to have fun.
To find out more about PIC, read this. Partners In Crime Feel free to PM me or post on the guild thread if you would like to join and I'll give you the guild code. Good luck finding that one guild!

Swash don't be so down on recruiting. Takes time and patience. As long as your not picky on who you accept its not to tough. Hang out on Tortuga and Port Royal and help the new members and then ask them if they want to join your guild. If they don't continue to help them anyways and maybe in the future they may want to and it makes your guild look good.

I would like to point out to Swashbuckler, that English Pirates DO NOT have a forum on here. My guilds growth is down to its members, officers and (if I may blow my own trumpet) its Guildmaster. As a team, we have fun, are helpful, and friendly.
Complaining about other guilds only shows you in a bad light. I would never dream of having a go at another guild. |

Swash, you can't try to make someone not join a guild you don't want them to join just because they can get more members and/or have better advertising. It makes your guild look bad when your target is another guild, my recommendation is that you try to boost up advertising if you are serious about your role as a GM.

I tried to help those lower guilds, without being a government organization meself. Anyway, when trying to boot up the Charming Thieves, I got noone. Quit complaining! I had to suffer in solitairy conefinement for being such a standarded guy... (or perhaps it was the standards, themselves not being conducive for already made pirates or what not...)
Anywhoo, good luck Twisted. |

I am sorry to hear that Gold Runners is becoming inactive. I know of a few great players in that guild.
If you are interested in a smaller, close knit guild (roughly around 50 members), you may want to consider joining the Fallen Legion. It has a very active, strong, loyal member base. The majority of the recruits we have brought in, have not left us ever since. We communicate outside of the game via our own guild site with forums. We plunder regularly, and train often. All in all, we just want to create an enriched POTCO experience for all of our members, and I personally believe we have exceeded in doing just that. If you are interested in a guild that is willing to go out of its way for its members and firmly believes that quality, not quantity of the members, is more important when in a guild, you may want to consider joining us. Please PM me if you have any other questions, or if you would like to join our guild. Thank you! -Emily Bridgeflint |

You may want to check out The Elite Circle. We have many active players with several high levels. We sail a lot and battle on land too. The only major qualification we have is that you be at least 18 years old. As long as you like to have fun and joke around I think you'd fit right in with us. I would say pm me for a code, but I am not an officer. If you are interested you can pm one of our officers on here. Her username is Sarah and towards the bottom of her posts her first character is Sarah Truebane. You can visit my profile and she is one of my friends on there, so you could access her page that way.
Good luck mate Last edited by mm1984; 06-25-2008 at 12:26 PM.. |

I'm in the Fortune Reapers... but I'd point you in "The Elite Circle's" direction. I have a bunch of friends in there... they are very active and have a lot of fun.

I guess I failed to mention I don't check here often, and have not been in game all that much lately. I do appreciate all the offers though, seems alot of good guilds out there. My schedule has not permitted me to play alot, but I will get around to it I promise!! If any of ya wanna withdraw the offer I completely understand as I am not on that much now.
Another thing I should mention is I am usually on pretty late when I am around. I am on PST and get around to playing at like 9pm or later. Sorry if that disappoints some, but that's life... Again thanks for all the offers, I will keep all of it in mind.

Hmm... mind moving to Virginia? We're famous for... uh, er... West Virginia! Yes, we're famous for West Virginia. You see, three hundred and ninety-eight years ago, the great migration of Virginians was going underway. But a great meteor came, seperating the two biggest herds. Inside that comet was the Appalachians.
Anyway, a lotta people here live in the PTZ. However, that would be my 12, seeing as time stands still for three hours before hitting the rest of the United States. Luckily, I ain't recruiting. I just put so much effort into making my research of Virginia that I felt it would be nigh undesirable to not post it. |
