PR Teleport Quest from Lucienda??? - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

I'm level 7 (and just finished the Tortuga TP quest--though I can't tell you how it appeared in my journal). I have visited Lucienda many times but never have the option for the TP quest. Is there something else I must do?

Teleport quests appear in your journal automatically as you level up. Not sure what level the Port Royal quest.

Mine also magically appeared at some point...though I had always been able to double click PR and teleport there even without the totem. I couldn't start the Tortuga teleportation totem quest until I visited Tia in Cuba ..so it was different than the PR totem for me.

Level 9 was when I got the PR quest.
