Dagger Quest? Where's Will?

I found him the first time with the ray of light, but now I need to talk to him and can't find him. Does anyone know where he is? Thanks :P

Will is on Port Royal, in the Old Warehouse. It is near the docks on Port Royal. You can enter the building in two different doors. The front door is by the docks, at the end of the line of buildings there with a few barrels outside it's door. Or, you can enter from the back of the building, past where the skeletons are.
