Roster Cleanup
Recently the guild officers and I went through the guild roster and removed players that we feel have been inactive for too long, both in game and on the web site. Anyone who was removed from the guild in game or removed from the roster on our web site that wishes to rejoin the guild will need to reapply. We understand that real life is what it is and sometimes members may not be able to play for extended periods of time. Things happen and players may not be able to get on for days or even weeks at a time. This is understood and taken into account. The members that were removed are ones we haven’t seen or heard from in months or members that none of the officers or I have seen since they joined.
We also understand that differences in time zones may be a factor for me and the other officers not knowing a player in game. A couple of players who recently joined may have been inadvertently removed because no one recognized the name when it was brought up. To anyone removed due to this reason, please accept my apology. Send me a private message and I will have you reinstated in the guild ASAP.
For the purposes of keeping the guild roster up to date with current, active members, if you are going to be away for an extended period of time, please post and let someone know. Also if you know you’re going to be quitting the game for whatever reason, please let someone know before you do. As strange as it may sound to some, we do worry about our members when they have been active in the guild then all of a sudden disappear. So if you’re not going to be coming back to the game let us know so that we know you just got bored with it and nothing happened to you.
