Windows error

Has anyone been having problems with getting a windows error? Randomly I will have to exit out to get away from floating around under the city while swimming to shore or getting stuck on the wrong side of a fence that doesnt have a way out and I end up with a windows error. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have had some window error but i get it when i logout. i think its them tho not my machine.

I get them randomly throughout the game and on exit.

ok, I don't think it is actually interfering with the game but it is annoying to have it come up everytime I log and then have the bug report come up because of it. I finally sent the report to windows to see if that helps, has anyone else sent them in at all or have you just been canceling it? potco has told me to upgrade my drivers but i did and i am still getting the error. Atleast I am not alone.
