Grenades: Oh, the disappointment

Alright. So they haven't been getting stuck in the air as much, but I discovered an even more annoying problem.
Earlier, I was also throwing grenades at Fly Traps. Even though most of them hit (and I could tell because the damage amount in red popped up), they still didn't damage the health meter on the Fly Trap. I had to aim and hit it square on the head for it to do any damage.

Also, at Navy Forts, the grenades almost always fall straight through the floor if you don't aim right.

Wouldn't it be nice if they had an aiming tool for the grenades? Like they do for the pistol and dagger?
