Mate, I'll connect with you through experience. When I first joined POF, I asked the same question. "Can I join which ever guild is the strongest." I've learned over time that levels, and member count for that matter, are only numbers. You may find a guild like that, only to realize, well, maybe its not as great as you would have expected.
