Alright try checking unlimited friends first and see what happens but wait a hour though. If not ring up the game, pretend you put in the wrong year birthday and want it changed, and you want open chat. Then check the Account control then do Unlimited friends I think and you will get it. Hopes this help!
 POST SCRIPT: Go to Contact Us for their number and go to the bottom for the number it says next to it Account Controls I think but you know what I mean.
