EDIT: Just got it with OPENGL! D:

I dont feel like bothering disney for support, so I came to you guys, you all seem pretty good at solving this kind of thing without weird optimism you get in their e-mails

Hey, mate, check the spoiler. I highlighted for you where the problem lies. Its the runtime from your ATI that's causing it. You need to go to your ATI control panel and disable that runtime feature in the Advance property. ATI runtime has a tendency to cause certain issues when enabled. So give it a shot and see if that works.
