Two farmers are trapped in a hayloft of a burning barn. The only way out is to jump down into the pile of manure that they had cleaned out of the barn earlier.
After some hemming and hawing one finally goes first.
He calls up to his friend. Come on down it's not that bad just ankle deep.
The second farmer jumps and sinks in up to his chin.
"I thought you said it was ankle deep??!!"
"Well I dove head first"
