Ok, we have seen the numbers. The highest you 'could' get in notoriety if the game allowed is somewhere around 42, as mastered weapons gain no further weapons reps or notoriety points. Without upgrading weapons levels we could never get to say Notoriety 50.

Yes ive said that, but when it comes down to it, asking my opinion of changing, and making suggestions of moving it to another server, im all for it, because when it comes right down to it, this is a pointless, and quite annoying 'event'. Especially because I do not enjoy PVP at all.
