Enemy tracking is not 100%

I've been seeing lots of enemy tracking problems
and the suggestions on where they are found
are not always the most accurate. Here are just
a few that I had today.

Clearly the Fort was closer to me then Wildwoods ATM

Misty Mire was way closer then a sail to Driftwood
