SvS on both the French and Spanish islands.
All level 4 and level 5 weapons quests. Cutlass, pistol, dagger, staff, and doll.
The quests at the taverns, defeat enemies. Pay out mostly in gold, but some rep.
Black Pearl.
At level 31, and done with all the quests, your weapons must have a lot of room left?
If you are done with all the quests listed, you have nothing left but to level weapons.
